Shipment Tracking

Find the tracking number for a shipped order and follow it on the carrier's site.

Once your lab ships an order, you can track the package right from SpecCheck. No need to call your lab or dig through emails.

Find a Tracking Number

  1. Click Orders in the left sidebar. Tip: click the Order Status filter to find shipped orders quickly.

  2. Click the order to open its Order Details page.

  3. In the Overview card, find the Tracking Number.

  4. Click the tracking number to open the carrier's tracking page in a new tab.

Supported Carriers

SpecCheck recognizes UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL tracking numbers and shows the carrier's logo next to them. If a tracking number isn't recognized, it's shown as text with a copy button, so you can paste it into the carrier's website.

Don't See a Tracking Number?

  • The tracking number only appears after your lab ships the order and sends it to SpecCheck. Check the Order History card to confirm the order has shipped.

  • Tracking availability depends on your lab partner. If an order has shipped but there's no tracking number, please contact your lab partner.

Tracking and Your Patients

Carrier tracking is for your practice only. Patients don't see tracking numbers in the Patient Order Tracker, which shows them their order's status instead.

Free vs. Pro

Tracking is included on every plan for orders submitted through SpecCheck. With SpecCheck Pro, you also get tracking for orders placed outside SpecCheck, such as by phone, fax, VisionWeb, or Eyefinity (learn more).

To upgrade at any time, click Start Pro Trial (or Upgrade to Pro if your trial has been used) in the left sidebar, or go to Settings → Plans & Billing.
