1. Can I choose which patients get tracking updates?
Yes. Only orders that you choose to send notifications about will receive updates. You’re always in control.
2. How do I ensure that patients don't come in before an order is ready for pickup?
The Ready for Pickup update status is only sent when you decide.
3. What if there’s a redo or restart?
Patients won’t know. They’ll simply see an Exception Occurred status, which then changes back to In Progress once the new order is initiated.
4. Is this portal HIPAA compliant?
