When your office is first added to SpecCheck, your entire team gets a 14-day free trial of SpecCheck Pro — no credit card required. During the trial, everyone with access to your location can explore most Pro features like full order status history, flagged orders, starred orders, and much more.
Remember: The trial is tied to your location, not individual users. If new team members are added after the 14 days are up, they won’t have access to Pro features until your office upgrades.

Yes! Every new office added to SpecCheck automatically gets a 14-day free trial of most Pro features. The trial starts at the office level — so any users added during that period will also have access. Users added after the trial ends will not see Pro features unless you upgrade that location. If you downgrade to the Free plan, your previously starred orders and notes will still be visible, but you will not be able to add new ones beyond the Free plan limits above.
