Getting Help in SpecCheck

Ask SpecCheck AI, schedule training, browse support articles, check system status, report an issue, or share feedback without leaving the Rx Portal.

The Help Menu

Click Help at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the Help Center menu:

  • Ask SpecCheck AI – Open the SpecCheck AI assistant to ask a question or get help creating an Rx order.

  • Support Articles – Browse help articles to get started.

  • Schedule a Training Call – Book time with a SpecCheck team member.

  • Share Feedback – Send us ideas or feedback through a short survey.

  • Request PMS Integration – Ask your practice management system (PMS) to integrate with SpecCheck.

  • Status Page – Check the current health of SpecCheck services.

  • Report Issue – Let our team know about a bug.

Report an Issue

  1. Click Help → Report Issue.

  2. Describe what happened in Issue Description.

  3. Optionally, click Choose file to attach a screenshot.

  4. Click Report Issue.

Share Feedback

Request a PMS Integration

Click Help → Request PMS Integration. SpecCheck helps you prepare an email asking your PMS provider to integrate with SpecCheck. Learn more about PMS and EHR integrations.
