SpecCheck AI is an assistant built into your dashboard. It can help you enter an Rx order or answer questions about using SpecCheck.
SpecCheck AI is currently in beta. During the beta, it's available to all users while we gather feedback. Capabilities may change as we improve it.
Open SpecCheck AI
Click SpecCheck AI in the top bar of your dashboard. You can also click Help at the bottom of the left sidebar and choose Ask SpecCheck AI. A panel opens on the right side of the screen, so you can keep working while you chat.
Start a New Chat
A new chat opens with the greeting How can I help you? and two starter prompts:
Create an Rx order
Get help with SpecCheck
Click a prompt to send it as your first message, or type your own message in the message box.
What You Can Do
Ask a question – Type a question about SpecCheck in the message box, like "How do I set up autopay?"
Enter an Rx order – Describe the order, or click + to upload an Rx or a PMS printout, and SpecCheck AI will help you enter it. When SpecCheck AI saves a draft Rx order, it opens the Create Order form prefilled with that draft, so you can review it and submit it to your lab.
Use your voice – Click the microphone icon to speak instead of typing.
Revisit past chats – Click the history icon at the top of the panel to see your chat history, or start a new chat.
Please note: SpecCheck AI can make mistakes. Always double-check responses, and review every order carefully before submitting it to your lab.
