SpecCheck PMS & EHR Integrations

To help streamline your practice's workflow, SpecCheck is constantly working to expand our integrations with Practice Management Systems (PMS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.

Current Supported Integrations

Currently, SpecCheck features a full integration with Crystal PM. If your practice uses Crystal PM, you can get your integration connected and synchronized right away by following our step-by-step setup guide:

Looking for a Different PMS Integration?

We are deeply committed to expanding our network, and we have already reached out to all the major PMS and EHR players in the eye care industry to request collaborative integration partnerships. Building these bridges takes time and active cooperation from both software teams. Therefore, if you use a system other than Crystal PM and want to see it integrated with SpecCheck, the most impactful thing you can do is reach out to your PMS provider directly.

Why your voice matters: Software providers prioritize their development roadmaps based heavily on customer demand. When a request comes directly from an active, paying customer like you, it carries significantly more weight than when it comes from an outside technology partner.

What to tell your PMS provider:

  • Let them know you are actively using SpecCheck to manage your lab orders.

  • Express that having a direct integration between their software and SpecCheck is highly important to your daily practice efficiency.

  • Ask them to prioritize collaborating with the SpecCheck team. They can contact [email protected] to be immediately connected with a member of our team.

Stay Tuned!

The SpecCheck team is always working behind the scenes to secure new partnerships. As soon as new PMS and EHR integrations are finalized and thoroughly tested, we will immediately update this help center page to reflect our current integrations. Thank you for your partnership and for helping us advocate for a more connected optical industry!
