1. Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Settings page of your account.

2. What happens to my starred orders and notes if I downgrade from Pro?
If you downgrade to the Free or Essentials plan, your previously starred orders and notes will still be visible, but you will not be able to add new ones beyond the Free plan limits above.

3. How does the pricing work for multiple offices?
SpecCheck Pro is $99 / month for the first office and $20 / month for each additional office. For example, if you have three offices, the monthly total would be $139 / month.
