Create an Account

We're excited for you to get started using SpecCheck! This quick guide will take you through the steps to get your account set up.

1. Sign Up

To get started, click here to sign up for your free SpecCheck account. If your lab partner created an account for you, please skip to the next step.

When signing up, you will be guided through a few quick onboarding screens:

  • Create your login: Enter the email and password you would like to use for your SpecCheck account.

  • Verify your email: Check your inbox and click the verification link to confirm your email address.

  • Enter your practice and office information: Add your name, practice details, and other required information to complete your profile.

  • Connect your lab account: Finally, enter your lab partner account details.

Once these steps are completed, your SpecCheck account will be fully set up and ready to use.

2. Reset Your Password

To log in for the first time, follow the instructions in the email we sent you. From there, you will be prompted to finalize your account configuration and log into the dashboard.

In rare cases, there will be a delay in setting up your account that we will notify you about via email. If you don't receive an email from SpecCheck, this could be for a few reasons.

3. Explore Your Dashboard

Explore all of the amazing features that are included with your free SpecCheck account! Explore our help center to learn more about how to use your account, and as always if you ever have any questions please contact us.

4. SpecCheck Pro - 14 Day Trial

All SpecCheck offices can start a 14-day free trial of SpecCheck Pro at any time, simply opt in from your dashboard. To start your trial for your entire practice:

  1. Click Unlock More in your SpecCheck dashboard.

  2. Select Upgrade to Pro.

  3. Enter your payment information to begin your trial. You won’t be charged until after the 14 days are complete, and can cancel at any time.

Remember: The trial is tied to your practice's location, not individual users. If new team members are added after the 14 days are up, they won’t have access to the trial or Pro unless your practice upgrades.
