I Didn't Receive My Password Reset Email

If you're trying to create a new SpecCheck account but didn't receive a password reset email, this could happen for a few reasons.

Updated today

SpecCheck Couldn't Automatically Validate Your Account with Your Lab Partner

For your security, SpecCheck uses a verification process to ensure that new users only gain access to office data they’re authorized to see. In some cases, your lab partner may need to manually approve your access. When this happens, we’ll notify you by email and let you know the lab is reviewing your request. This process typically takes a few business days.

What to Expect:

  • Once your lab approves access, you’ll receive a password reset email so you can log in.

  • If you haven’t been added after 2–3 business days, please contact your lab representative directly to follow up and request access.

Already Have a SpecCheck Account?

If your email is already tied to a SpecCheck account, you will not receive a new password email when a new office is created. In that case:

  1. Log in using your existing credentials

  2. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot password?” on the login screen to reset it

  3. Once you’re added to the new location, it will appear in your dashboard automatically
