How to Print a Packing Slip
Packing slips are available for all orders submitted through SpecCheck. To print one to include with your job:
Open the Order Details page by clicking on the order.
In the Documents card on the right side of the page, click Packing Slip.
Review the packing slip, then click the print icon in the upper-right corner of the window.
The packing slip includes your account name and number, the patient name, Rx number, frame details, and a scannable order barcode so your lab can match the frame to the job.
Tip: Need a printout of the full order? Click Print Details in the same Documents card.
How to Print a Shipping Label
Printable shipping labels are only available for participating labs. To check if yours offers them:
Click Lab Live Chat at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Look at the links at the bottom of the Live Chat home screen.
If your lab supports this feature, you'll see a link such as Print A Shipping Label.
What to Do if You Don't See a Shipping Label Link
If you don't see Lab Live Chat in your sidebar, or there's no shipping label link in the chat window, your lab partner doesn't currently support label printing through SpecCheck.
Need a label? Please reach out to your lab partner directly to request one.
