Change Your Password
If you know your SpecCheck password but want to change it, you can do so by clicking Settings > Personal Details. Then click Change Password at the bottom of the page.
Change Your Profile Name
You can choose a display name to allow our Live Chat to greet you anytime you interact with our service. Furthermore, your profile name is what will be transmitted to lab customer support agents whenever a live chat request is initiated from your account.
To make an update to your profile name, click Settings > Personal Details > Profile Name. Please Note: You'll need to enter your current password to save the changes.
Change Your Email
The email address you use for SpecCheck is where we’ll send password reset emails and other important communications — it's best to keep up to date.
To make an update to your email address, click Settings > Personal Details > Email Address, and update your email. Please Note: You'll need to enter your current password to save the changes.
Update Your Phone Number
Your phone number helps keep your account information current and may be used for account-related communication when needed.
To update your phone number, navigate to Settings → Personal Details → Phone Number, enter your new number, and save your changes.
Add or Change Your Profile Picture
You can now upload a profile picture to personalize your SpecCheck account and make it easier for labs and teammates to recognize you during Live Chat conversations.
To add or update your profile picture, go to Settings → Personal Details, click on the profile photo area, and upload a new image. Your profile picture will update immediately.
