Go to Settings → Personal Details to update your profile. After making changes, enter your Current Password and click Save Changes.
Add or Change Your Profile Picture
Click the edit icon on your profile picture and upload a new image. Your picture helps labs and teammates recognize you in Lab Live Chat (if your lab offers it).
Change Your Email Address
Your email address is your SpecCheck username, and it's where we send password resets and other important messages. Update the Email Address field, enter your current password, and click Save Changes.
Change Your Profile Name
Your profile name is how Live Chat greets you, and it's shown to lab customer service agents when you start a chat (for labs that offer Live Chat). Update Profile Name, enter your current password, and click Save Changes.
Update Your Phone Number
Your phone number keeps your account information current and may be used for account-related communication. Update Phone Number, enter your current password, and click Save Changes.
Change Your Password
