SpecCheck Pro is set up per practice location. If your practice has more than one location on SpecCheck, each location needs its own Pro subscription to unlock Pro features there.
Multi-Location Discount (3 or More Locations)
Practices with 3 or more locations get 15% off SpecCheck Pro for each location. To qualify, all of your locations need to be on one subscription and paid with the same card.
To set this up, email [email protected] before upgrading, and our team will link your locations together.
Upgrade Each Location on Its Own
If you have fewer than 3 locations, or your locations need to pay with separate cards, upgrade each location on its own. The multi-location discount doesn't apply to locations paid with different cards.
Click your practice name in the top bar, then click Switch Office and select the location you want to upgrade.
Click Start Pro Trial (or Upgrade to Pro if that location's trial has been used) in the left sidebar. You can also go to Settings → Plans & Billing.
Complete checkout. You'll see "Your SpecCheck Pro subscription has been activated." Please allow a few minutes for the changes to take effect.
Repeat for each location.
Good to Know
Pricing: SpecCheck Pro is $39/month per practice location (compare plans).
Free trial: Each location can start its own 14-day Pro trial. Once a location has used its trial, the sidebar button for that location reads Upgrade to Pro.
Permissions: Only users with payment permissions (Administrators, or Standard Users with Payments Access) can upgrade.
Managing billing: To update the card or cancel for a location, switch to that location and go to Settings → Plans & Billing → Manage Subscription (learn more).
