Choose which SpecCheck emails you receive about your orders and Lab Pay statements. Your choices only apply to your own emails, and you can change them at any time.
Open Communication Preferences
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Under Personal Settings, click Communication Preferences.
Communication Preferences is available in both the Rx Portal and the Stock Lens Portal.
Available Email Notifications
An order has been flagged by your lab partner: Get an email when your lab flags an order that needs your attention. Learn about Flagged Orders.
A starred order is created or its status changes: Get an email about orders you're keeping an eye on. Learn about Starred Orders.
A Lab Pay statement is ready or past due: Get an email when a new Lab Pay statement is available or a statement is past due. This option only appears if you have access to payments. Learn about Lab Pay.
Turn Emails On or Off
Check the box in the Email column to receive that email, or uncheck it to stop receiving it. Your change saves right away, and you'll see a message confirming your notification preferences were updated. If a change can't be saved, the checkbox switches back and you'll see an error message, so just try again.
All of these emails are turned on until you change them.
