Go to Settings → Rx Orders to customize the ordering experience your ECPs have on SpecCheck. The page has tabs for Personal Settings, Rx Order Options, and Flagged Orders. Product Lists now live under Catalogs → Product Lists in the left sidebar (learn more).
Personal Settings
These apply to your own user when you create orders on an ECP's behalf: Cylinder Preference (Plus, Minus, or No Sign), Default Mounting Option, and Order Delay Period. Click Save Changes.
Allowed Order Types
On the Rx Order Options tab, choose which order types your ECPs can submit:
Rx Order (Default) – A standard prescription lens order. Always on.
Frame Only – An order for just a frame, with no lens information.
Chemistrie Clip – Lets ECPs order Chemistrie Clips from your lab using SpecCheck's clip ordering form.
Additional Ordering Options
Mail-to-Patient Shipping – Lets ECPs ship finished orders directly to a patient's home or another address.
Multi-Pair Orders – Lets ECPs clone an original order to quickly submit and link additional pairs for the same patient, which helps with second-pair discounts and tracking.
