Orders Overview Page
The Orders Overview page helps you quickly view, sort, and filter all of your Rx orders with participating lab partners — so you can stay on top of job statuses, key details, and follow-ups with ease.
How Filtering Works
Instead of a traditional search bar, SpecCheck uses a filter-based system to help you narrow down your order list based on what matters most. There are two types of filters available:
Primary Filters
Primary filters are broad views that help organize the overall scope of your order list. For users on the Free plan, the only available Primary Filters are All and Starred. Accounts on SpecCheck Pro can use additional filtering tools like the In Progress order filter, the Flagged Order filter, and select multiple Order Statuses!
To upgrade your account at any time, click "Unlock More" in the left sidebar of your SpecCheck Dashboard.
Secondary Filters
Secondary filters let you get more specific. You can use any combination of the following fields:
First Name
Last Name
Tray #
Order Status (one status at a time on the Free plan)
SpecCheck Pro users can select multiple order statuses!
Just type your criteria into any field, then click Apply to activate the filter. You’ll see the number of matching orders in the lower-left corner of the table. If more than 20 orders match your filter, use the “Previous Page” and “Next Page” buttons in the lower-right corner to view additional results.
Advanced Order Filtering (SpecCheck Pro Only)
With SpecCheck Pro, you get access to Advanced Order Filtering, including:
Filtering by multiple statuses at once (e.g. “In Progress” + “Redo”)
More filter fields to refine your view even further
Better visibility for high-volume practices managing dozens of orders daily
Upgrade to Pro to take full advantage of advanced filtering and smarter order management. To upgrade your account at any time, click "Unlock More" in the left sidebar of your SpecCheck Dashboard.
