Frame Lists (Lab View)

Build, view, and manage your lab's frame catalog on SpecCheck.

What are Frame Lists?

The Frame Lists feature inside the Lab View allows lab partners to host and manage their supported frame listings. By organizing your available frames into custom collections, you ensure your ECP accounts can instantly select verified frame data, reducing manual data entry and processing bottlenecks.

Interested in activating Frame Lists? This feature is an add-on service for our lab partners. To add Frame Lists, please reach out to [email protected] to get started!

Key Features

With Frame Lists, you can:

  1. Organize into Custom Lists: Group your frames into tailored categories (e.g., VIP Frames, Premium Collection, Best Sellers) using the Frame Lists sidebar on the left to easily manage different house brands or specialty tiers.

  2. Filter and Search Seamlessly: Instantly search your inventory using the quick-filter tags at the top for Manufacturer, Model, Color, Eye Size, or UPC.

  3. Instantly Add New Inventory: Easily add new frames manually, via a .csv file (more information below), or using Frames Data. Just click the Add New Frame button in the upper right-hand corner.

  4. Make Updates Quickly: Simply open the Frame Details page of a given frame and click More to make edits to a product. From this page, you can also add the frame to a list, or duplicate it to make a new listing.

  5. Streamline ECP Ordering: Give your accounts the ability to instantly search and pull your precise frame data (manufacturer, model, color, sizing) when submitting jobs.

  6. Ensure Precise Processing: Supply factory-level dimensions to ensure perfect lens edging and pairing.

How to Upload Your Frame Catalog via CSV

If you have a large inventory, you can add your frames all at once using our bulk CSV upload tool. šŸ‘‰ Download the Frame List CSV Template Here

File Constraints

  • File Format: The file must be saved and uploaded strictly with a .csv extension.

  • Max File Size: The total file size cannot exceed 10 MB.

  • Row Limits: The file can contain a maximum of 1,000 frame rows.

All-or-Nothing Validation: If even a single row fails validation due to incorrect formatting or missing data, the entire upload will fail, and no frames will be created.
