What is My Frames?
My Frames is a feature in SpecCheck that lets you build and manage a personalized library of frame records for your office. Instead of relying only on Frames Data, you can store your own inventory – including independent brands and in-office stock – and use those records when creating orders in SpecCheck.

How to Access My Frames
Log in to your SpecCheck Dashboard.
Click My Frames in the left-hand menu.
From here, you can:
Click Add New Frame to create a new record
Search, sort, or filter your existing records
Open a frame record to edit, delete, or attach a trace file
Build an Rx order directly from a frame record

Free Data Import
We’ll help you get started with one free bulk upload of your current frame inventory. Here’s how it works:
Click here to download the .csv file.
Add your office’s frame information to the template. Make sure every column has a value.
Email the completed .csv file with your SpecCheck account email and location name to [email protected]. Our team will import your data directly into My Frames so your catalog is ready to use.
This one-time upload is included at no extra cost, making it faster and easier to start building orders with your own frame inventory.
