Notification Management (Lab View)

Notification Management in Lab View allows users to control which email notifications they receive from SpecCheck.

How Notification Preferences Work

  • Notifications are configured per user, not at the lab-wide level

  • Each notification can be enabled or disabled by checking or unchecking a box

  • Changes apply only to the logged-in user’s email notifications

  • Settings can be updated at any time

This gives teams flexibility while preventing unnecessary emails across the organization.


Accessing Communication Preferences

To manage your notifications:

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Select Communication Preferences

  3. Review the list of available notifications

  4. Enable or disable email notifications based on your workflow needs

Each notification can be toggled independently.


Available Email Notifications

Users can choose to receive email notifications for the following events:

  • Payment has been made

  • Autopay has been enabled or disabled

  • A new live chat request has been received

  • A new support inquiry has been received

Each notification can be toggled on or off independently.
