Add or Remove a Payment Method

Lab Pay makes it easy to manage how you pay your lab, whether you prefer credit card or ACH. You can add multiple payment methods, set a default, and remove old methods at any time.

Add a New Payment Method (Credit Card or ACH)

  1. Log into SpecCheck.

  2. Click Lab Pay in the left navigation.

  3. Scroll down to Payment Methods.

  4. Click Add Payment Method.

  5. You will be taken to a secure page to enter your payment details. Save to add the payment method to your account.

Security Note: Your payment information is entered on a secure, encrypted payment page and is not stored directly in SpecCheck.


Set a Default Payment Method

If you have more than one payment method saved, you can choose which one is used by default.

  1. Go to Lab Pay.

  2. Scroll to the Payment Methods section.

  3. Click the three dots to the left to set your Default payment method.


Remove a Payment Method

  1. Go to Lab Pay.

  2. Scroll to the Payment Methods section.

  3. Find the payment method you want to remove.

  4. Click the three dots to the right of that payment method.

  5. Select Delete.

Tip: If the payment method you are deleting is set as your default, be sure to update your default payment method.
