SpecCheck creates unique accounts based on the address associated with a particular office. When a lab partner grants you access to their SpecCheck membership, duplicate accounts may be created if the lab partner does not use the EXACT address associated with your existing office location. To merge these accounts, follow these steps:
1. Toggle to the location with the incorrect address
Click the office location in the upper left-hand corner of the left sidebar. Select the duplicate account from the dropdown. The page will refresh. Ensure you know the correct address before toggling. Toggle to the duplicate account / the account with the incorrect address.
2. Open Settings and select Office Details
3. Update the address so it matches the other office's address EXACTLY
Once updated, the system will automatically merge the accounts. To switch between lab partners, click the "Displaying Orders From" box on the left sidebar, select a new lab, and the page will refresh.
