Sending Welcome and Password Reset Emails to ECPs

If an Eye Care Professional (ECP) encounters issues logging into their SpecCheck account, you can easily assist them by sending a Welcome or Password Reset email directly from your SpecCheck Lab View account. Here’s how:

1. Access the ECP Account

After logging in, start on the homepage and click on the ECP's account you wish to assist. You can also search for their name using the search bar.

2. Navigate to Users

Scroll down to the 'Users' section within the ECP's account details.

3. Open Settings

Click on the 'Settings' icon represented by three dots located near the user information.

4. Send the Email

Select either 'Send Welcome Email' or 'Send Password Reset Email' depending on the action you wish to perform.
