Orders Not Submitted Through SpecCheck
The most common reason an order may be missing is that it wasn’t submitted using SpecCheck’s order entry tool. Orders submitted through other channels can lead to incomplete or unreliable data, and may not appear in your dashboard at all.
Examples of non-SpecCheck submission methods:
Live chat, phone calls, or fax
Handwritten order forms
External portals like VisionWeb or Eyefinity
Limitations of Non-SpecCheck Orders
Orders submitted outside of SpecCheck may be subject to the following limitations:
Incomplete or Corrupted Data
These orders may be missing key details (e.g., tray numbers, Rx data, lens types) or contain invalid formatting that prevents them from displaying correctly in the dashboard.Limited Retention Period
Non-SpecCheck orders are only stored for 6 months.
