If you know your SpecCheck password but want to change it, you can do so in the Account Settings section of the dashboard by clicking on Change Password.

You can choose a display name to allow our Live Chat to greet you anytime you interact with our service. Furthermore, your display name is what will be transmitted to lab customer support agents whenever a live chat request is initiated from your account.

To make an update to your display name, navigate to the Account Settings section of the dashboard.

The email address you use for SpecCheck is where we’ll send password reset emails and other important communications — it's best to keep up to date.
