Go to Settings → Lab Pay to set payment rules for all of your accounts.
Payment Options
Choose Allow Partial Payments or Do Not Allow Partial Payments. When partial payments are allowed, ECPs can pay less than their full statement balance. You can also change this for an individual ECP on their Payments tab.
Card Processing Fee
Set a global credit card processing fee between 0% and 4.00% that applies to all accounts. Bank (ACH) payments don't include a fee. To set a different fee for a specific ECP, click the edit icon next to Card Processing Fee on that ECP's Payments tab.
Autopay Disabled Message
Write an optional message (up to 250 characters) that ECPs see when they turn off autopay, for example, a reminder that some program benefits require autopay.
Click Save Changes when you're done.
QuickBooks Integration
Connect QuickBooks so your Lab Pay invoices and payments sync automatically between SpecCheck and QuickBooks. Click Enable QuickBooks Integration and follow the prompts to connect your account.
