This is helpful for labs that need to test workflows, help ECPs troubleshoot, or verify how orders appear on the ECP side.
How to Switch Views
Click your profile avatar in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
Under Switch Product, click ECP View or Lab View. The view you're currently in has a check mark.
Your dashboard reloads in the selected view. Switch back the same way at any time.
Who Has Access to Both Views?
Only users who've been given access to both Lab View and ECP View see the Switch Product option. If you think you should have access but don't see it, contact your lab admin or [email protected].
