What to do with Flagged Orders?
What to do with Flagged Orders?

You have three options.

Updated this week

When an order is flagged on SpecCheck, the flag will remain on the order until you take action. This article will break down the three options available to you once an order has been flagged.

To learn more about Flagged Orders, please read our full article about this feature.

1. Remove the flag.

If you believe the order was flagged incorrectly, you can remove the flag by clicking on it and confirming that you want to remove it. This will ensure your Flagged Orders filter remains uncluttered, which is important. The more cluttered it is, the less valuable it will be for you.

Remember though, once an order has been "unflagged", you cannot manually flag it again. If you want to keep an eye on it after the flag has been removed, use the Starred Orders feature.

2. Move the order to a terminal state of Shipped or Canceled.

Sometimes, due to data issues from the lab, an order can get "stuck" in a status that is inaccurate. You can change the status of the order by clicking on the flag and then selecting which terminal status you would like to move it to, Shipped or Canceled.

As mentioned above, keeping your Flagged Orders uncluttered is important to ensure that you get as much value as possible from them.

3. Do nothing.

If an order is flagged and you want it to remain flagged so you can keep an eye on it, simply leave the flag on the order.
