The newly redesigned Orders Overview page enables you to quickly sort and filter all of your Rx orders, making it easier than ever to get status updates and view important order details.

The biggest change you'll see with this update is that we've removed the search bar. We noticed a lot of users tried searching for orders in ways that were not supported. In lieu of the search bar, we have introduced primary and secondary filters to make finding the orders you care about as simple as possible.

Primary filters will be the first filter option that you want to apply. These are broad filters that help you to keep your orders table clean and only displaying relevant orders. For now, there is only one option for "All", but stay tuned for more primary filters that will be released shortly.

Secondary filters are where you can get more specific with what you're looking for. The four different filters available to you here are:

You can use any combination of these filters you would like in order to find what you're looking for. Once you have typed in what you're looking for in a given filter, click "Apply" to use the filter.

Note: When filtering by order status, you can only choose one status at a time.

You can see how many orders are returned by your filters by looking in the lower left corner of your dashboard. If more than 20 orders match your filtering criteria, you can paginate between pages by using the "Previous Page" and "Next Page" buttons in the lower right corner.
